Gill Sans Nova Typeface Website

This website was created in order to showcase the typeface of Gill Sans Nova. History of the typeface, glyphs, characteristics, and showing the typeface in use are all aspects included on the web page.  It was created from scratch using HTML and CSS elements. 

Color Scheme

The color scheme for the website was based off of the colors of the London Underground, as Gill Sans was created as a new, modern typeface to be used for British Railway systems.

Motion Graphics

The first motion graphic on the site was inspired by the British Underground, to keep on theme with the rest of the site. The use of motion graphics in the Characteristic section illustrate the geometric nature of the typeface. The 90 degree angles and lines allude to the rail systems as well and work carry the eye from one section of the site to another.
